*** This is my personal subjective experience for using this product. I got the package with paper box and bottle of serum in it. The paper box was a bit squeezed by postal shipping, but the bottle with serum was fully legible and looked like in the photo. The serum substance itself is a bit lighter than oil and have barely noticeable scent of cinnamon. Then I picked a bit of serum with pipette that was inside and put it on my less hairy scalp areas and started to rub. I rubbed about 8 pipette doses of serum on my scalp so I started to feel some tingling sensation that turned into strong tingly almost burn sensation and then into heat. Those sensations lasted for about 15 minutes leaving warmth on my scalp. After that I don’t notice any excessive oiliness of my hair. In the processes of rubbing I rubbed off about 20 long hairs, but the rest were holding tight to the scalp. I feel it’s really working.
